GROUP COUNSELING

Group counseling is a form of counselling that leverages the dynamics of the relationships that developed between the participating states and to contribute effectively in the management and treatment of many topics. Usually made up of people who are facing similar difficulties (e.x. relationship problems, diseases, difficulties of communication in the family, etc.), but and individuals in need of personal development through the path of self-discovery.
The group's advisory works as a workshop interaction of people with different behaviors, thoughts, beliefs, values and feelings. Through the process of imitation and practice, the person discovering, experimenting, and eventually adopts or rejects skills and behaviors. The advice from the members of the group and the coordinator may, on the one hand to offer a lot of alternative solutions in person, on the other hand, to create a sense of acceptance, respect and sincere interest from the rest of the members, components important for the growth of his self-worth. The feeling of the individual that not only fights with problems that trouble them, and possibly the plague, it helps to change the way it thinks about them. The group is an important supportive network.
